Yay! We ‘re so excited to have you!
Make sure you wear something you are comfortable in, we suggest something fitted so it doesn’t get in the way of any movements. Don’t forget to bring a water and grip socks or purchase a pair at the studio.
We ask that you arrive 10 minutes early so we can give you a quick orientation. For your own safety and the consideration of the other students, If you do not arrive early enough for orientation you will not be able to participate in class.

Simply put- no. We love pilates too and utilize elements of traditional pilates but our method is different.
THE XFORMER IS AN ADVANCED VERSION OF A PILATES REFORMER. IT’S LARGER, SMOOTHER, AND HAS MORE COMPONENTS, ENABLING 100’S OF WORKOUTS PROGRAMMED WITH MORE INTENSITY THAN TRADITIONAL PILATES.

For safety reasons, all clients are required to wear grip socks during their workouts. If you forget your socks, we have them available for purchase in the studio.
we suggest you bring a water bottle and towel.
We also recommend not wearing any jewelry for safety.
No pets, children, or individuals who are not registered for the class will be allowed in the studio during class time.

All clients must be 18 years or older. Clients aged 16 or older may attend if accompanied by a parent who signs a waiver and participates in the class.

We are located on the first floor of the Arterra building at 2110 Wyandotte Street in the crossroads district.
There is street parking available, as well as a paid parking garage at 2000 Central Street. we are also conveniently situated just three blocks from the 19th & Main streetcar stop.

We recommend that you consult with your doctor first. If you and your physician are comfortable with it, we are too and will happily provide modifications when necessary. We do not recommend taking a Xformer class for the first time while pregnant.

POLICIES

You may cancel a class reservation up to 10 hours prior to the class start time with no penalty. If you cancel within 10 hours of the class start time you will lose your class credit and be charged a late cancellation fee of $15. If you do not cancel and do not attend you will be charged a no show fee of $25.

If there are no available spots for a class, you can sign up for the waitlist. To be added to the waitlist, you must have credits available. While on the waitlist, you could be added to the class up to two hours before it begins.
You can remove yourself from the waitlist at any time before you are added to the class. However, if you are added to the class and do not remove yourself before the cancellation window, cancellation and no-show policies will apply.

All of our memberships are month to month and will auto renew each month. If you would like to cancel your membership, you must do so at least 10 days before the next billing date. Please do so by filling out the “membership cancellation form” on our website. Memberships can not be cancelled in person, over the phone, or via social media.

We ask that all clients arrive on time for class. If you are more than 5 minutes late, your place may be given to someone on the waitlist and you will be charged a late cancellation fee. If you are attending your first class at Hite we ask that you arrive 10 minutes before the class start time for a quick orientation. If you do not arrive early enough for orientation you will not be able to participate in class.

for safety and sanitary reasons, grip socks are required to participate in class. If you do not have grip socks they are available for purchase at the studio.
Clients must adhere to all safety guidelines while using the facilities and training spaces.
WE ASK THAT YOU LEAVE YOUR PHONE WITH YOUR BELONGING WHEN CLASS begins. THIS ALLOWS YOU AND OTHER MEMBERS TO FOCUS ON THE WORKOUT WITHOUT ANY DISTRACTIONS.
